At Zinoci, we understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel their order. We provide a simple and hassle-free cancellation process.
You can cancel your order in the following conditions:
The order has not yet been shipped.
The order is not under final packing or dispatch stage.
COD & Prepaid both orders can be cancelled before shipment.
Orders Cannot Be Cancelled:
If the order is already shipped.
If the order is out for delivery.
If the product is custom-made, personalized, or non-returnable category.
Refund Timeline:
Prepaid Orders: Refund within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.
COD Orders: No refund needed as payment is not collected.
